Woodworking is a very fun hobby to have, but you need to have something to build, right? Of course you do! You can’t just go into your shop (or garage, like me) and build a masterpiece. You need to have plans, an idea, some sort of inspiration. Small woodworking projects are a great place to start!
Sure, anyone could build an Adirondack chair, or a dinner table, but could they build a chess set, or a train set, or even an hour glass? Probably not. Small woodworking projects take a different type of woodworking and finesse. These aren’t for everyone, but since you somehow found my website, I’m going to guess that they are for you.
Now, on to the small woodworking projects!
I get all of my plans from the Woodworking4Home E-book, and I highly recommend it. It is very inexpensive, has over 14,000 plans, and is instantly available after purchase. If you want to follow along with me on these projects, then you will need this E-book.

If you still want to build small projects without a book of plans, then I recommend at least having a year or two experience in construction work.
I created my Small Woodworking Projects website because I wanted to help inspire people to take an interest in woodworking. On this site, I will try to update you on any new projects I do, and link you to the plans I used to build them. (If I use plans, that is)
I highly recommend the Woodworking4home Ebook. I cannot stress that enough.
